The Black Bay line is the result of the subtle blend of traditional aesthetics and contemporary watchmaking. Far from simply being an identical re-release of a classic, it brings together over sixty years of TUDOR divers' watches at the same time as being resolutely anchored in the present. Whilst it is neo-vintage in conception, its manufacturing techniques, reliability, robustness and the quality of its finish are consistent with today's more rigorous requirements. The new Tudor Black Bay 31/36/39/41 S&G models bring a unique aesthetic to the Black Bay line, the brand’s iconic tool watch which now has a sophisticated and unisex chic look.

They come in case sizes 31mm, 36mm, 39mm and 41mm with silver, black and champagne dial options. The Black Bay line features dials inspired by the TUDOR divers’ watches produced during the 1950s. As well as optional diamond-set dials and diamond-set bezels.

The new style features curved cases with polished yellow gold sections, which is new to the Black Bay line as all of the precious metals to date have had a matt finish. It also includes one of Tudor’s newest and most sophisticated calibres, the MT5201. Held securely on a five-link bracelet with rapid adjustment in all sizes. They also feature the Black Bay’s signature “snowflake” hands with a luminescent coating.

The 41mm, 39mm and 36mm models come with a power reserve of about 70 hours and the 31mm model comes with a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, making the watches “weekend-proof”, this means you can take it off on Friday evening and put it back on Monday morning without having to reset it. The 41 and 39 are powered by the MT56, while the 36mm by the MT5400 and the 31mm by the MT5201 and have all been certified by the Controle Officiel Suisse des Chronometeres (COSC).
