Returns & Exchanges
Should customers wish to return the watch during this promotion, the customer must return both the watch and the gift in un-used condition.
If the customer fails to return both the free gift and the watch, Johnsons reserves the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund value.
If the customer wishes to exchange the qualifying watch, the gift with purchase must also be returned in un-used condition.
