DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Christmas Returns Policy
For your convenience, we’ve extended our returns policy for the holiday season. Orders placed between October 25th and January 5th, 2024, can be returned until Friday, January 31st, 2025, in their original, unaltered condition with proof of purchase.
Please note that any free gifts included with your purchase must also be returned in their original condition.

- Special Next Day Delivery £5.95 or FREE on orders above £250
(Orders placed after 12pm midday will not be processed until the next working day. Additionally, orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the next working day.)
Order process
Once your order has been received you will be sent an automatic email to confirm the order has been placed. We will then contact you the day before your item is due to be dispatched and will let you know how we will be sending it. Any order placed after 3 pm will not be processed until the next working day. Any orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the next working day.
Returns
Occasionally we understand that you may wish to return an item for an exchange or refund. Any item for exchange or refund must be unworn and returned at the customer's own expense within 30 days from the date on the receipt.
Before posting, you must first make Harold Johnson and Son (Nuneaton) Limited aware either by phone or email. Any item returned to us without prior warning will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and all packaging, labelling, accessories, manuals and any other documentation included at the time of posting. Without all documentation, we will not accept the item for refund or exchange.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are packed securely and are covered by the Royal Mail Special Delivery or Signed For a system where appropriate.
Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty.
Goods will not be accepted for credit after 30 days of receipt under any circumstances unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.
Please note:
We are only able to credit the account from which the original purchase was made.
Special Orders
We will not accept goods for return if they were special orders unless the goods are deemed to be faulty.
Engraving
We will not accept goods for return if they have been engraved unless the goods are deemed to be faulty..
Earrings
We can not accept earrings for return unless they are deemed to be faulty. This is due to health and safety reasons.
